"Our experience was appalling. The driver firstly asked to be 15 minutes early for the outward (most likely to fit in another job) and then was 20 minutes late for the return journey, leaving us waiting and aggravating the venue owners in the freezing cold unable to contact the taxi company since nobody picked up the phone. The drivers drove aggressively, especially on the return journey, and would use their mobiles without hands free during the drive. Some of the seat-belts on the return journey also did not work, so together with the lack of seat-belts and aggressive and dangerous driving, we had a terribly uncomfortable and sometimes scary ride home. We are requesting a full refund after our experience."

"The car was really only a van with seats screwed in so it wasn't comfortable, and there were no windows to open at the back. Otherwise the driver was perfectly on time and he seemed to drive well. "

"We again had a pre booked confirmation for a mini van which we paid extra for to accommodate the pram for our baby and had verbal confirmation the day before that it would be a mini van to pick us up at the hotel given they forgot about the booking the day before i thought it best to confirm again but low and behold we receive a saloon car to pick us up, and no baby car seat for the baby as the pram had to go into the boot. Horrible service and the fact we actually had a confirmed booking for an 8 seater taxi and paid £10 extra for it in advance is just horrible. Not that we have a great deal of business in Bicester as we were there for a wedding but I highly recommend using any other taxi company as they cannot get their bookings sorted even with advance notice. "

"We booked in advance online and received a confirmed email for our booking but at arriving at the station here was no taxi. We had to call after waiting for 10mins to hear there was some issue with the confirmation even though they had the booking on their system. Given we had a baby as well with us and were due for a wedding, it was not a good experience."

"Booked and pre paid two weeks ahead. Thought very efficient as email and text arrived promptly confirming booking. Unfortunately no taxi on said day. Rang number given, very unhelpful and said no record of booking. Luckily other kind people at hotel offered their taxi so ushers made it to the wedding on time! Collected from venue as booked at end of wedding and offered £20 refund and apology. Too little, too late I am afraid. Would not recommend pre payment and booking. "

"Awful experience: Taxi was late for the return leg of our journey to the station, meaning that we missed the (last) train. We were left with no other option but pay an additional £30 to extend the journey to our house. At no point were we offered any apology, and the driver was cheeky enough to try and claim that he was waiting outside at the correct time (we checked multiple times and the text notification proved otherwise). Avoid this company if you care about when you reach your destination."
